This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for an IT Sales / ERP Sales at Total Application Software Co. Pvt. Ltd. (TASC). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling ERP solutions and cloud technologies to businesses, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic ERP Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by generating and qualifying leads for ERP solutions. The role focuses on prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and appointment setting with mid-market and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads for ERP products through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns
• Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects based on business needs
• Schedule product demos and meetings for the pre-sales / sales team
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Work closely with marketing and field sales teams
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales / lead generation / tele calling
• Exposure to ERP, SaaS, or B2B IT solutions
• Experience with using CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics etc.)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools will be an added advantage
